Royalty:

Per Merriam-Webster.com it states that “royalty- is a persons royal lineage”

So now let’s tap into why we are “royalty” simply stated because, God created us, he even knew us before we were born (Jeremiah 1:5)…(hard to imagine I know) but, that’s how much God loves us and how much thought he put into creating us because, he careful designed every single part of our being down to knowing the number hairs on our head (Luke 12:7).
Truthfully speaking if we only saw ourselves the way that God sees us, we would be able to understand how special we are in his sight. From my perspective God sees us as a beautifully wrapped present and over time we allow others to open that present, damage the present and even throw it away.
As most of us can relate to the excitement of opening presents on Christmas morning you start tearing the paper off and maybe even shouting for joy because, you finally received what you’d been begging for all year long.
But, what tends to happen over time is, that opened present becomes trash or somebody else’s treasure and we move on to the next best thing. I truly believe that’s how we allow others to use us in efforts to receive temporary gratification from that persons temporary excitement and like that opened present we are left empty and thrown away.
So my question to you is if we know that we are created in God’s likeness (Genesis 5:1) why do we allow others to treat us like “peasants” (those opened presents)? and not the Kings/Queens that he has called us to be?
Don’t forget to readjust your crowns today and walk in God-fidence. β€πŸ‘‘

  1. Amen! Thanks for the encouragement. I especially like the statement, “God-fidence” , I was able to minister that very statement to others yesterday at the altar. I love God’s timing that he had me read this today. Blessings! πŸ™‚
